The Palmorae Ruins is a location in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is located in the Faron Sea region of Hyrule. To access the Kah Yah Shrine, Link has to complete the Shrine quest "A Fragmented Monument" where a picture of the three shards must be taken and shown to the Hylian inspecting it, Garini.
If Link has Wolf Link with him during the Shrine Quest, the latter will refuse to look at the monument.

The shattered monument at Palmorae might be the Mirror of Twilight from Twilight Princess, as the monument shards resemble the mirror in design, and if Wolf Link is present, he will not look at the monument shards at all.
