The Port Town Guard's Wife is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. As her name implies, she is the wife of the Port Town Guard. During the game, she is very ill and can be cured with a bottle of Tingly made from Missy's recipe. Shortly after this, she becomes haunted by ghosts.

To save her, Tingle and the Port Town Guard travel to the Icy Plain to defeat the Ghost Ringleader. In the ensuing battle, the Port Town Guard dies; Chiko's Grandmother appears before the guard's ghost, pretending to be his wife. By the power of her encouraging words of love, the Port Town Guard is returned to life. After they succeed in defeating the Ghost Ringleader, the curse placed on the Port Town Guard's Wife is dispelled. When this happens, it is revealed that the Ghost Ringleader is jealous of the Port Town Guard's love for his wife.
