Quill Statues are a new type of statue that appears in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D. Much like the Owl Statues in Majora's Mask 3D, Quill Statues can be used to permanently save Link's game but without forcibly asking the player to quit the game; however unlike Owl Statues, they cannot be used as warp points for the Song of Soaring.
Most of the game's dungeons feature Quill Statues near the entrance to the dungeon allowing Link to save without having to leave the dungeon itself. Link can use the Song of Soaring's ability to transport him to the dungeon's entrance in order to access the Quill Statue more quickly while within the dungeon.
