The Regal Necklace is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. After speaking with the ghost of Brant, the former knight gives Link the Regal Necklace to aid him in his journey. The necklace turns out to do just that, as it allows Link to stop the hurricane surrounding the Isle of Ruins. With the winds stopped, Link can dock and search for the second knight, Bremeur.
