Ronn is a character in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Ronn is a Hylian traveler who can be found riding his horse between Serenne Stable and the Snowfield Stable searching for the three legendary dragons said to exist in Hyrule which he desires to find for himself.
As a result he is quite knowledgeable about various legends and tales about dragons such as the legend that one requires the blessing of the Goddess Hylia to actually see dragons, though notes it sounds like something straight out of a fairy tale. Ronn himself apparently has not received Hylia's blessing as he fails to notice Dinraal as it flies from Drenan Highlands through Tanagar Canyon despite the sight of the large dragon being hard to miss for Link whom has apparently received Hylia's blessing as he is her designated champion chosen by the Master Sword.
