Rus is a character from the Legend of Zelda comics by Valiant. A resident of the Water Town of Saria, he is the son of Cassiopia and the River Man. When Ganon comes to the Water Town of Saria to try to gain the trust of the locals, he speaks to Rus in particular, acting as a father figure. Later, when Ganon attacks Link, Rus grabs the Magical Sword and refuses to give it to Ganon.
In a later edition, Rus becomes mortally wounded and his mother, the town healer, cannot help him. Because of this, Princess Zelda brings Miff the fairy to the town to help save him.
