Sapphires are items from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They are rare gemstones occasionally obtained from breaking Ore Deposits. They are also dropped by various types of Talus, Silver enemy variants and Yiga Blademasters when killed.
Link can sell them for 260 Rupees. Sapphires are required in order to purchase the Sapphire Circlet from Starlight Memories. They are also used by Great Fairies to upgrade certain pieces of armor such as those granting heat resistance.
