Sheik's Mask is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a piece of Sheikah head armor. Link can obtain it by using the amiibo Rune with the Sheik amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series.
This mask is said to have been worn by a Sheikah who saved a time-traveling hero, implied to be Sheik from Ocarina of Time. It is made of the finest Sheikah stealth fabrics and is said to be the final word in undercover gear. It can be worn with the Stealth Chest Guard and Stealth Tights to make Link resemble Sheik. It only covers Link's face and changes his hairstyle, while both of his eyes remain blue. His hair normal covers his left eye when it is worn though the hair moves realistically when Link moves and is effected by wind, allowing both eyes to be seen at times depending upon the orientation of the camera and/or Link's movements.
It is possible that it is an early incarnation of the Stealth Mask presumably used by Sheikah warriors during the era Ocarina of Time takes place as the mask implies Sheik's clothing was crafted from Sheikah stealth fabrics which was likely so Zelda could avoid detection while disguised as Sheik allowing her to infiltrate heavily guarded locations such as the Sacred Forest Meadow and Ice Cavern. However the Stealth Mask has a different design though does feature a bandage like scarf which is presumably a reference to Sheik. Additionally unlike the fabric of the Stealth Mask, the stealth fabrics of Sheik's Mask cannot be dyed at the Kochi Dye Shop according to Sayge. However it can be upgraded and has basically the same stats as the Stealth Mask across their respective base stats and upgrades. However Sheik's Mask receives no set bonus when worn with either the Stealth Chest Guard and Stealth Tights. Additionally no body and leg armor based on Sheik can be obtained with the Stealth Chest Guard and Tights being the closest thing to them that Link can acquire.
Interestingly Sheik's Mask lacks the Flame Guard-like resistance to volcanic heat demonstrated by Sheik in Death Mountain Crater, though Sheik's unobtainable body and/or leg armor may have been made of fabrics resistant to volcanic heat.
