The Sheikah Heirloom plays a prominent role in "[[The Stolen Heirloom]]" [[Side Quest|Shrine Quest]]. One of Impa's bodyguards [[Dorian]] steals the Sheikah Heirloom under the orders of a [[Yiga Blademaster]]. Link discovers that Dorian was a former member of the [[Yiga Clan]] who had left it to marry his wife and live a peaceful life in Kakariko Village. The Yiga Clan killed Dorian's wife and forced him to spy on the village by threatening kill his two daughters as well. However eventually he refused to continue spying for them, so the Yiga Clan blackmailed him into stealing the heirloom by threatening the lives of Paya and Impa. Link defeats the Yiga Blademaster and uses the orb to activate the [[Lakna Rokee Shrine]] near [[Cotera]]'s [[Great Fairy Fountain]] fulfilling the prophecy.
