A Silent Shroom is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restore Link's health by refilling half a Heart Container. Link can cook with it to temporarily increase Stealth. They are used in upgrading the Stealth Mask, Chest Guard and Tights set. Link can find Silent Shrooms at the base of trees in forest areas though may also grow on the ground in caves. At night, they will glow blue making them easier to find.

Several Silent Shrooms can be picked up in Bubinga Forest and Hickaly Woods south east of Dueling Peaks, in the West Necluda region. South of Hickaly Woods, some Silent Shroom can be found at the bottom and at the top of a the water fall. They can also be found around Cotera's Great Fairy Fountain near Kakariko Village. Three Silent Shrooms grow inside a cave covered by brambles southeast of Mabe Prairie. A few grow in Retsam Forest near Hateno Pasture in Hateno Village. On Satori Mountain southeast of Rutile Lake is a small forest with Luminous Ore Deposits were various types of mushroom grow including Silent Shrooms.
