The Sleepless Waterfall is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Located near the end of Zora's River, it serves as a natural barrier to Zora's Domain. It is impossible to jump through the Sleepless Waterfall, and outsiders can pass through it only by playing "Zelda's Lullaby". Once the melody of the Royal Family of Hyrule is played, the Waterfall splits, allowing passage into Zora's Domain.
It is unknown how, if at all, the Zora themselves pass through the Sleepless Waterfall to get in and out of Zora's Domain. In other games Zora have been shown to be able to swim up waterfalls. It is also possible the Zora enter and exit only through the shortcut to Lake Hylia in Zora's Domain.
