The Stealthfin Trout is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restores Link's health by refilling one Heart Container. Link can cook it with a source of fire or volcanic heat to make a Roasted Trout which restores one and half heart containers, or freeze a Frozen Trout in extremely cold conditions, dropping it in cold water, or ice elemental weaponry which restores one heart container and temporarily grants Level 1 Heat Resistance for one minute. He can throw a Stealthfin Trout into a cooking pot to prepare dishes granted with a "Sneaky" effect temporarily increasing stealth. It can also be cooked with "Sneaky" critters such as a Sunset Firefly and Monster parts to create a Sneaky Elixir. Like other "Sneaky" cooking ingredients, Stealthfin Trout will glow at night or in dark areas. It can be used in upgrading the Stealth Mask, Chest Guard and Tights set via Great Fairies.
