Aside from his main business, both of Stockwell's shops have secret basements where Link can obtain rare items.

He is somehow able to also run the Advance Shops. The shops are located in Lynna City's past, and one is located in Horon Village in Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons, respectively.

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap[]

Stockwell as he appears in The Minish Cap

Stockwell is a shopkeeper in Hyrule Town. His shop sells, among other things, capacity increases for Wallets, Bomb Bags, Quivers, and also the Boomerang. Stockwell's dog, Fifi, states that he is too busy to feed her.

Stockwell owns a house near Lake Hylia, where he lives with Fifi. Link can get behind the counter of the shop by shrinking in the nearby cafe and crossing the plank connecting it to the shop. If Link takes the bottle of dog food from behind the counter to Stockwell's house, he is allowed to keep the container afterwards.

Spoiler warning: Spoilers end here.

Etymology[]

Stockwell's name is a combination of the words 'stock' and 'well', which is a reference to how his shop is always stocked well.
