Tabantha Wheat is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restores Link's health by refilling one Heart Container. Link can buy it from cooking ingredient vendor Spera in Gerudo Town, at the Slippery Falcon shop of the Rito Village, the traveling merchant Yammo, or find it by cutting grass all over the Tabantha Frontier region. Link can use it to make pastries, pies and cakes depending on the other ingredients used. It is also a key ingredient in making Wheat Bread.
