The quest is added to your journal by the DLC (after hearing the mysterious voice), you do not get it from the rumor mill. The quest leads you to the book at South Akkalla Ruins, at which point the quest is updated for part 2Baggins (talk) 18:19, June 30, 2017 (UTC)
