this dungeon was going to be the ice temple.complete with a boss and a main treasure.

Merge with Water Temple?

This article should be merged with the Water Temple article, as the in-game system believes them to be the same. (If you put a warp point in the Ice Cavern, and then warp in the Water Temple, you end up in the Ice cavern)

But it doesn't matter weather programming-wise there's the same, it matters if story-wise there's the same. However, it should be mentioned in both articles, of course. But the point is that they are separate entities in Zelda canon. Fused Shadow 22:22, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

TALK Hey should it be included in the article that this is the only dungeon in OoT with a piece of heart in it? And if so where would it fit properly in the article?

Buying Blue Fire

is there any way to get blue fire without having to buy it first (which requires the giant's wallet)? i know there is a way to find it inside the ice cavern, but is there anyway to get to it without needing to already have some? Hippies4ever (talk) 12:57, June 27, 2011 (UTC)

Is the statement made in the previous section "Merge with Water Temple?" real about Nayru's Love connecting the Water Temple and Ice Cavern> If so, that is an interesting tidbit that needs to be on this page. And if it is true, I wonder if it works with the Bottom of the Well and the Shadow Temple too. A) Farore's Wind is what warps, not Nayru's Love, but I assume that was just a typo.

B) As it already says on that article, Farore's Wind warps between all dungeons, not just Ice Cavern to Water Temple. The only exception is that you can't warp from a child dungeon to an adult one, obviously. -- 1337star ^{(Drop me a line!)} 04:08, May 11, 2012 (UTC)
