so let me get this straight! it's a slug made out of water tenticales that violates link, then throws him ontop or into spikes? i knew that becuase one time i got thrown ONTOP a spike wall and he did not attack!!! lol!

Is it possible that the name may come from Sauropodomorpha ? They were a group of dinosaurs that lived in the Mesozoic Era (200-65 million years ago)

Scanning that article I can find no similarities to Morpha. It is far more likely its name comes from Morpha's ability to morph water.
