Teli is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. He is a treasure hunter and traveling merchant who deals in Guardian parts. He has white hair, and walks like he just got off a horse. Link can purchase different kinds of Guardian parts from him or sell items to him. He travels around the Necluda province. He occasionally sells rare parts such as Ancient Shafts and Ancient Cores though only when it rains. He can be found at the entrance of Hateno Village any time after 5:00 a.m. near the place where Nack works. He absolutely will turn up, usually morning, but sometimes late afternoon. He also stays as The Great Ton Pu Inn when visiting Hateno Village and will sit down in the Inn's kitchen.
Ironically unbeknownst to him has Link and Princess Zelda's actions one hundred years prior to thank for the Guardians that litter the area near Fort Hateno. Due to dealing in Guardian Parts he is familiar with the Sheikah researchers at Akkala Ancient Tech Lab and Hateno Ancient Tech Lab even apparently doing business with them.
