Tile Worms are large centipede-like enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They are found in the Forest Temple and the City in the Sky. These enemies disguise themselves by hiding under seemingly unremarkable floor tiles. Once Link steps over a Tile Worm, it will pop out of its hiding place and launch Link high up in the air.
These creatures are easily able to block Link's Clawshot and arrows; however, Link can use the Gale Boomerang to pull a Tile Worm out of its hiding place. Once this has been achieved, the Tile Worm is completely vulnerable to sword strikes. If a Tile Worm falls into a body of water after being hit with the Gale Boomerang, it will drown.
