The Trading Post is a shop from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The Trading Post is located in West Clock Town, between the Curiosity Shop and the Bomb Shop. It is open for 23 hours a day; the only time it is closed is during 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. when the owner goes on break. After this break, the Part-time Employee manages the store until 6:00 a.m.
The owner of the store is commonly thought to be the Man from the Curiosity Shop; however, there is no confirmation for this. Although, the similarity in appearance between the two characters is undeniable. The voice clips are also the same. He works there from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., goes on break. He has a part-time employee working the Trading Post from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Depending on what form Link is in, he will get different responses from both the owner and the part-time employee. When talking to the owner as Link, he talks to him as a normal customer. When Link is in his Deku form, the owner will treat Link as a child and tell him to bring one of his parents if he wants something, while the part-time worker will refuse to acknowledge him. When Link is in his Goron form, the owner compliments him on his sideburns, while the part-time worker will say that Link looks cool and when Link is in his Zora form, the owner will be impressed by how fit he is, while the part-time worker will say that he is also in a band.
The owner of the shop will also give Link different responses depending on which mask he is wearing. For example, if Link is wearing the Bremen Mask, the shop owner will tell Link not to go parading around in a small shop like his.
Also, the Stylin' Scarecrow is stationed in the store. He can give Link a hint as to the "Inverted Song of Time" and "Song of Double Time". Link can also dance with the scarecrow from dawn to dusk or from dusk to dawn.
