The Trousers of the Sky is an item in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is leg armor that can be randomly obtained from the Treasure Chests summoned by using the amiibo Rune with the Link Skyward Sword amiibo of The Legend of Zelda: 30th Anniversary series. It is part of the "Hero of the Sky" Hero's Clothes armor set along with the Cap and Tunic of the Sky.
This thematic armor is a reference to Link from Skyward Sword, taking the set of clothes used by the senior students at the Knight Academy of Skyloft. Its description reveals legends say the trousers were once worn by a hero who appeared from the sky riding a mighty bird and were the official garb of a certain order of knights referring to the Knights of Skyloft and the ancient Skyloft-born hero who rode a Crimson Loftwing and was studying to become a knight himself before discovering his destiny as Hylia's Chosen Hero whom would play a key role in the creation of the legendary Master Sword.
