The Woodland Tower is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a Sheikah Tower located in the region of the Great Hyrule Forest of Hyrule near the Military Training Camp. The entrance of the Lost Woods can be found near the tower.
Presumably, it was buried underneath a monsters' skull-shaped stone base, as a piece of the skull hangs over top it. The stone skull apparently became attached to the tower as it rose up through the ground when the Great Plateau Tower was activated, which caused all towers in Hyrule to raise from the ground.
A Royal Claymore can be found stuck on top of the stone skull that hangs on the tower.
