Zanc is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. He is a Mogma living at Eldin Volcano. Zanc can be found in the back of Mr. Tubert's cave behind the Thrill Digger mini-game, where he offers a hint about the mini-game for 20 Rupees. He is the only other Mogma inside the cave besides the game's proprietor, Mr. Tubert. Fi will inform Link of Zanc's presence in the cave if he asks for a Hint about the Thrill Digger area and humorously states there is a 95% probability that he has some information.
Etymology[]
As many Mogmas seem to be named after metals and other minerals, it is possible that Zanc's name is derived from zinc.
