Zeffa is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. A blue bird, it carries Link to Wind Crests if he plays the Ocarina of Wind. This manner of transport is similar to the Duck that carries Link in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, who is also summoned by a wind instrument.
