Week 79: Bow-Wow vs. Deku Baba

		"It's a tie!" 23.5=23.5
LLLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! The Christmas rush is over and after a fierce battle for the Christmas crown (Maybe?) we bring you the last fight in the Temple of Courage in the year 2009. To cap it off, we've got a battle of two fierce-looking monsters who would surely overrun and consume the entire populace, were they not confined to one location with only a possibility for very short-range attacks! Draw your eyes to the center ring! In the grey corner is a cannon-ball like creature bound by a leash of chain. Beyond the menacing façade of this creature is a gentle, loyal being who defends his master fiercely! A vegetarian and hater of monkeys...THIS. IS. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW-WOOOOOOOOW! In the blue corner is a fearsome plant that eats whatever comes in its way. Once defeated, its parts may be used as helpful tools. A dangerous plant to be sure, and always out looking for fresh meat, if they are stupid enough to come within its short reach...THIS. IS. DEEEEEEEEEEKU BABAAAAAAA!!! Though their reach may be compromised, there is still a chance that they can escape from the ring and attack you, our faithful audience! Now you know what the liability waiver you signed at the entrance to the Temple was for! Oh, and before too many people get hurt, LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLET'S GET RRRRRRRRRRREADY TO RUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMBLE!
Votes for Bow-Wow You know something, Bow-Wow was pretty cool. Wouldn't mind having him as my partner for the entirety of the game at all. And his reaction speed is killer. Deku Babas sure are pushovers. If this were a real fight (although I typically do not condone people judging from that) Bow-Wow would kill all Deku Babas in the worlds before they could read some kind of long book of some kind. Deku Babas, on the other hand, are the epitome of non-epicness. Bow-Wow an awesome character to have with you in LA. He made me wish I could get him again after I finished Bottle Grotto. I wanted to keep him for the whole game cause he was an awesome ally, and pretty cute for a metal ball on a chain. Nature cant beat mechanisation, neither can it bite through steel. Bow-wows are a much bigger threat to Link's life.. I always find it hard to pass them, even though it shouldn't be. I always liked the chain chomps from Mario. And well, you take it from there. There invunerable and a pain in the neck so I'd choose them over the deku babas because there just annoying nothing else. Also who dosent like a round ball tied to a chain? Huh exactly. Plant versus Big Metal Ball. I think the choice is obvious. whenever i played A Link to the Past, i some how managed to never make to the point in the game with these guys, but i've played almost every mario game there ever was and every time chain chomps were in a game they were AWESOME! Bow-wows look like chain chomps from mario. That's pretty cool. Bow-wow is very cool. Bow wow. He kills things in one hit, and was part of a game with tons of Mario tie-ins. I vote for him. I didn't really like the deku babas that much at all, and bow-wows seem really cool. The deku babas were just scavengers who would attack you when you were distracted while the bow-wows will actually get you with their skill. The "Bow-Wow" is a big ball with teeth on a chain. All it does is chomp at you until you get away. The Deku baba is a giant, man-eating, slobbering, flower of DOOM! And, in certain variations, it can have its head cut off and still bounce around and kill you. If you've played Spirit Tracks, the Deku Baba are one of the hardest enemies in the game. So yeah I'm voting for the Deku Baba. Bow-Wow is a Mario copy.And I like plant enemies. Like everyone else said, Bow-wow looks like a Chain Chomp Ripoff. I've got about halfway through the Deku Tree in OOT, and I must've got hit about five times by these guys (I suck at OOT). Bottom Line is, Deku Babas FTW. ...Even if Bow-wow would totally own the Deku Baba in a fight... And it's going to own the Deku Baba in the votes... Oh yeah, to that guy who posted that thing about taking a photo of this guy from a safe distance, those are BOKO Babas, not DEKU Babas. Bow wow is just a ripoff of my favorite Mario 64 enemy. I remember Wind Waker when Babas first got the ability to actually bite into you. I hate Deku Babas ,but bow-bow is a super mario character I like Deku Babas ,their like a deadlier version of my favorite plant. Plus their not a metal ball that only jumps around. You could say something from TP is losing if Keese, which have been in nearly every game in the series, are losing in a ToC fight, but that logic is so stretched that it hardly applies to the situation. Does it make sense? Week 78: Chancellor Cole vs. Zant

		Winner! "Zant!" 19.5<27.5
LLLLLLLADIES AND GENNNNNNNTLEMENNNNN!!! The holidays are coming on and in honor of Christmas, we have a special presentation for you! (Huh, what's that you say? It's NOT Christmas-related at all? ...I hate this job.) Erm, what I mean is, it's a perfectly normal (yet awesome) battle between two secondary antagonists in Zelda mythos, famous for disguising their true appearance. They are both Number 2, but tonight (or, one week from now approximately) one of them will walk away as Number 1! The halftime show consists of performances by other Number 2s such as Art Garfunkel, Captain Kirk and...Link. Stupid Gamespot character battle. So yeah, DRAW YOUR EYES ONTO, ERR, TO THE CENTER RING! In the green corner is a relative newcomer to the secondary antagonist scene, but he's no slouch. A man who loves hats so much that he wears not only one, but two of them! However, this is only to hide his true appearance. A smooth-talking bureaucrat with an agenda, THIS. IS. CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCELLOR COOOOOOOOOOLE!!! In the grey corner is the usurper King of Twilight who fooled everyone into believing he was as calm and calculative as Cole over there until he went insaner than a Montana. Deprived of his meds for a week, you can pretty much bet that he is in a bloodthirsty mood tonight! THIS. IS. ZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANT! Make sure to get some off-brand snacks in the concession stand during the halftime show. And now, LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLET'S GET READY TO RUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMBLLLLLLLE!
Votes for Chancellor Cole Right from the start you know he's up to no-good. But that point is not required as he wears two top hats. Instant victory right there ladies and gentlemen. User:NotaNinja Is he a leperchaun? SCORE! ShadowDialga (talk) The way they tried to dump a last-minute personality change on Zant was pathetic. Both personalities were cool in their own way, but not on the same character with absolutely no transition time whatsoever. Cole was errrr, "interesting" at best, but in the end I couldn't find anything I disliked about him, which is more than I can say for Zant. I mean what is he anyway? The game completely ignores anything and everything about him. The most we can gather from him is that he calls Malladus majesty. The way he acts makes you want to beat him to death with his own hats before you even find out he's the villain, and he plays the part pretty well after that (albeit a lack of screentime; Zant's got him beat there). Plus I love the way his eyes look when he gets "excited" (or whatever the f*** you wanna call it), although they look a little too funny for me to take him seriously most of the time. Chancellor Cole is (or at least looks) more insane. Some Zant people say that Cole looks like a drunk leprechaun, or a person who just saw a donut. He does! <---My reason to vote for him I love Spirit Tracks and Chancellor Cole, he's insane! he looks like he shoots himself for fun! So Cole you rock! Well, I still have to get Spirit Tracks, but Coles master plan(I HAVE seen TONS of Spirit track videos... well up to the snow realm at least...)was WAY better then Zants. Plus in Spirit Tracks, you ride a train... that (and I can't tell you how much)is WAY better than walking/rolling/running(as a wolf). Cole was annoying to the extreme in the 1st phase of the Malladus battle. Zant's fight was just recycled from the previous ones. Besides, he doesn't suddenly change for the worse like Zant. Why I must say this is PREPOSTEROUS, Cole is gentleman. In fact he qualifies as a double gentlemen with his two toppers! Zant is a blasphemous blubbering belligerent bastardy bibulous buffoon! I have to admit, up till now I was all for Zant, but I realized that cole is an amazingly smart interesting and funny bad guy. He is so sinister it creepy, though i admit zant is by far deeper, cole is just a better bad guy (They are almost even)			Votes for Zant For the record, Cole is a pretty good and original villain. But c'mon, Zant is a badass that totally outdoes Ganondorf as TP's villain. In fact, they could have easily come up with a better way to give Zant his power and not steal his spotlight away with a dumb last-minute fanservice thing. Ah well, Zant was still extremely cool right up until the end of the game. Sam samurai Zant is pretty freaky but at the same time awsome. I meen he can take out and control an entire kingdom in the blink of an eye when hes calm. And when he goes crazy he can just bulldoze in his fenzy through anything thrown at him. No offense to ST, But from what it sounds like, Cole is like Agahnim. He has to go get in the in the confidence of the king or such then do his evil deeds. Zant took the initiative. Although Zant was being controlled by Ganon, he was a good villain. Forget about how Ganondorf ruined the end of Twilight Princess- Zant really got to show his potential during one of the early cutscenes and a sequence right before the fourth boss. I've yet to play Spirit Tracks, but I look forwards to it. Portal-Kombat Chancellor Cole looks like a demonic leprechaun, while Zant looks like a mutated fish. A Possesed Darkness creature against a horned leuphercan? Seriously... - Yoda Zant is a deep character who is creepy, he just has this dark aurora around him. Despite what some say, I kinda like the character change, he goes crazy with power and this just makes for a more wholesome character Zant was a puppet but a scary puppet nevertheless. Better than the weird double hat wearing leprechaun. Zant was definitely better, he had this whole calm and confident vale on first that let him walk through anything because his enemies would be too intimidated to do anything. Zant ofcourse! Week 76: Dark Dragon vs. Stallord

And now, for your viewing (and voting) pleasures, we present to you a bout for the World Super-Heavyweight Championship! In the dark purple corner, we have a massive, evil dragon. The true form of General Onox, he was created by Twinrova, favors hand-swipes and fire-blasts, and treasures the jewel on his forehead; I present to you the DARK DRAGOOOOOOOOOOON! And in the sandy corner, we have an equally humongous skeleton. The lord of Arbiter's Grounds, he was brought to life by Zant, can blast dark fire, and withstand endless attacks; Let's hear it for STALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLORD! So, two giant, merciless dragons shall now face off for the title tonight. But which beast is the ultimate? That, my dear voters, is up to you! Votes for Dark Dragon This is one of my favorite final bosses in the seres, and to be honest I never thought the Stallord fight was near as good as people give it credit for. It was a good fight but I didn't think it was that special. Besides, Onox himself is just cool. Week 75: Malo vs. Zunari

LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! Live from the London Palladium, it's the seventy-fifth week of the TEMPLE. OF. COURAGE!!!!! And this week's battle is between two legendary shopkeepers of The Legend of Zelda lore! Let's get to it! In the green corner is a diminutive, almost infantile being who possesses great knowledge of business as well as a caustic, sarcastic disposition! From the village of Ordon, the greatest businessman Hyrule has ever seen...THIS. IS. MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALO! And in the purple corner, a hooded figure from a far-off island who came to Windfall Island to seek his fortune! A merchant whose honor and loyalty to other merchants is indisputable, and who works as an auctioneer at night...THIS. IS. ZUNAAAAAAAAAAAARI! Our two slick merchants will now battle for the rights to advertise their business on Zeldapedia! And don't forget to stimulate the Temple of Courage's economy by buying something from the concession stand! Votes for Malo Malo is an awesome, wacky little devil, and an original character at that. I like the little guy because he reminds me of me as a sumo baby. Zunari is just...weird and is probably related to Tingle in some way. Malo is the superior salesman here. It's not like he paid me off to vote for him or nothing! At his age, what were you doing? Fingerpainting and throwing temper-tantrums? This guy, however, started a successful chain of general stores, built a bridge and bought out the snobbiest shop in Hyrule. Think about what he'll be doing at age eighteen. 'nuff said malo lowers the hyrule shop prices down from like 5000 rupees to a reasonable sum. oh, and anonymous zunari vote 2, he has 2 eyebrows, kind of this little fella is WAY advanced for his age, as he´s practically a pint-sized Rockefeller. Also, you get some of the coolest items in TP thanks to him and his stores (Hawkeye, Magic Armor, Hylian Shield). Zunari´s only useful item is the sail, and that´s it. Malo is a frikking AWESOME midget. How could you not like him? Malo is awesome! He is small and is much cooler. Zunari talks too much. Malo gave me something to save up my rupees for. You bought it, and if you're smart, then you bought it at Malo Mart! (also, not the biggest Wind Waker fan) Malo gave me a peice of heart, a hawk eye, and a hylan sheld, and hes going to guive me magic armor! go malo! p.s. i didnt play wind waker Malo was actually helpful. And he made a good thing out of a bad situation. I mean, if you were kidnapped by an ugly monster you'd probably sit in the Sancuary crying but Malo, oh Malo, he made a living out of that. And Zunari did practically nothing, came from a cold island, from what, the ice island's head?! Backround story for Malo is just way cooler. I liked Zunari the second I saw him... but for like the first month I had the game I thought when Malo used the small text it was his thoughts and he was some mind-control baby thing and he just freaked me out and I never liked him. Twilight Princess's Magic Armor was based on rupees. Wind Waker's used magic, and Twilight Princess didn't have magic.
