LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMEEEEEEEEEENNN!!! Zeldapedia brings to you the most hundred-and-forty-fourthest battle ever battle in the TEMPLE. OF. COOOOOOOOOOURRRRRRRRRRRAGE! And I assume you all got the message. That's right, tonight is Free Frog Leg Night in the Temple of Courage! That is to say, after the battle. Which, as it happens, is between two musical frogs. Let's meander through our contestants' discographies right now!
In the darker green corner is a mysterious frog composer who is never seen in the flesh. In springtime, he conducts the frogs of Snowhead Mountain, whose croak-tastic vocal abilities are the stuff of legend. From a hungry Goron, the hero is given a mask, most likely based on the likeness of the frog composer, which he uses to bring back the frogs, found scattered throughout Termina, for their annual spring oratorio. THIS. IS. DOOOOOOOOOOON GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRROOOOO!!! In the lighter green corner is the most well-renowned amphibian singing sensation of Koholint Island, whose appearance is most certainly not a reference to a character from another game. His abode is carefully hidden in a maze of signposts, so that only the bravest of heroes can find him. Our hero eventually does just that, and for a modest fee, the frog singer performs for the hero a previously unreleased cut by the name of the "Frog's Song of Soul". This song has the power to bring life to certain dead lifeforms or inanimate objects. THIS. IS. And now, for the millions of fans in attendance and billions watching at home, LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLET'S GET REEEEEEEEEEEADY TO RIIIIIIIIIIIBBBBBBBBBBITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!

Brings back the dead....need I say more? http://zelda.wikia.com/wiki/User:Snorgel Peanut Gallery[]Hey, anonymous #2 for Don Gero, I know this seems nitpicky, but Wart, I mean, Mamu was A Link to the Past, not Link's Awakening. 12:58, May 31, 2011 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by LINk11 (talk • contribs)
Gee, I wonder who will win, the unseen, rarely named, frog, who's sidequest everyone hates, represented only by a mask vs. the frog singer hidden in a maze whose song can reserect the dead, such a competionReincarnation 16:07, June 11, 2011 (UTC) |
Week 143: Bombers Secret Society of Justice vs. Seven Maidens[]

LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! It's time for the belated 143rd week in the TEMPLE. OF. COOOOOOUUUUUURAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!! This week's battle is between two In the purple corner is a group of young do-gooders residing in Clock Town. Aiming to please all throughout the land by doing deeds for them as well as helping them with their many troubles, our hero joins this group at the beginning of his quest. In order to do so, he must best five members of the group at a game of Hide-and-Seek, finding them all before the dawn of the next day. When he does so, he receives a notebook so he may keep track of his good deeds, and is granted permission to pass through their hideout in East Clock Town. THEY. ARE. THE BOMBERS SECRET SOCIETY OF JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSTIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!! In the light blue corner we have the descendants of the Seven Wise Men, all women. In order to break the spell on his master, Ganon, the dark wizard Agahnim captures and imprisons them all inside crystals hidden throughout the corrupted Golden Land. Our hero braves the many dungeons of the Dark World, and rescues them, and is gradually told the history of Ganon's war on Hyrule. Eventually, he rescues the seventh descendant, Princess Zelda; their powers combined, they open a gateway to Ganon's Tower, where our hero does battle with Agahnim once more. THEY. ARE. THE SEVEN MAAAAAIIDENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNS!!! It looks like they're squabbling already, so get to your seats! This will not be a fight to miss! Peanut Gallery[]So, for the record, I'm pretty sure both of these groups are all one gender due to coincidence/graphics recycling. The bombers allowed whole other species in before Skull Kid came along, so why not girls, and I I'm pretty sure none of them ever said they were boys only. Also, Zelda is the last maiden you rescue after reaching the Dark World. That's why there are 7 dark world dungeons. Yeah, you rescue her at the beginning of the game also, but this makes it sound like she doesn't get captured again. I'm sorry, I just feel compelled to point these things out. It's a side effect of being a wiki editor.--FierceDeku 04:31, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Week 142: Deku Princess vs. Princess Ruto[]
Winner: "'Deku Princess!'" 17.5 > 14.5 |

LLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMENNNNNNN!!! Zeldapedia brings to you the 142nd Easter Spectacular, brought to you by Burlap Sacks 'R' Us! And to celebrate whatever this holiday is about, we have summoned forth its very embodiment for this week's battle! Because when I think Easter, I think... PRINCESSES! Let's see what these two monarchical figures are all about.
In the green corner, we have the princess of the Deku Scrubs that inhabit the region of Woodfall in the land of Termina. When the once comparatively clean swamp water of her domain became contaminated, she immediately took action and headed towards Woodfall Temple, the swamp's source. However, she is taken captive by the evil spirit that has taken over the temple, and the innocent monkey with whom she had embarked on this mission is mistakenly blamed for this. The hero is eventually caught up in this series of unfortunate events, and is able to cleanse the swamp water, rescue the princess from the evil Odolwa (and return her, in a most unusual fashion, to her home) and prove the monkey's innocence, but not before the Deku Princess lets her hasty father hear what's what. THIS. IS. THE DEEEEEEEEEKU PRINCESSSSSSSSSSS!!! In the turquoise corner is the princess of the Zoras that reside in Zora's Domain in eastern Hyrule. When her people's patron deity, Lord Jabu-Jabu begins to act strangely, she loses possession of the ancestral Zora's Sapphire when checking on him. As she has done so many times before, she ventures inside of Jabu-Jabu to find her lost possession. The hero finds a message in a bottle written by the princess, which he shows to her father, allowing him to pass through to the fountain where Jabu-Jabu resides. Inside Jabu-Jabu, he does indeed meet Ruto, and inadvertently becomes betrothed to her when she gives him the Zora's Sapphire. Seven years later, the two meet again, and the Zora princess is awakened as the Sage of Water, destined to save Hyrule. THIS. IS. PRIIIIINCESSSSSS RUUUUUUUUUUUUUTOOOOOO!!! The Easter Bunny himself is in attendance tonight to witness this spectacle. We hope that all audience members have brought along protective gear to prevent life-threatening damage sustained from any eventual showers of chocolate eggs. With that said... LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLET'S GET RRRRRRRRRREADY TO RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMBLE!!!

Peanut Gallery[]This looks pretty one-sided. But I don't think it's because of people liking Deku Princess(she's barely a character), but because everyone just hates Ruto so much. LINk11 |
Week 141: Megaton Hammer vs. Skull Hammer[]
"'Megaton Hammer!'" 14.5 > 9.5 |
||||||
LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! I am pleased to announced the 141st fight in the TEMPLE. OF. COOOOUUUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAAAAGE!!! This week's battle is between two large hammers that our hero picks up during his travels around the world. Let's meet our contestants now. In the brown corner is an ancient tool once wielded by the Hero of the Gorons. Found in the boiling Fire Temple, this silver hammer can be used to depress heavily-rusted switches found throughout the dungeons of Hyrule. This handy tool may also be used to uncover entrances to hidden grottos and smash rocks, and even use it much like his trusty sword. Weighing in at a megaton and/or capable of producing shockwaves whose force equals the same, THIS. IS. THE MEEEGAAAATON HAMMERRRRRRRRRRRR!!! In the light slate gray corner is a ghastly-looking hammer, left behind as battle spoils from the hero's battle with Phantom Ganon in the Forsaken Fortress. The hammer's primary usage is pounding down wooden stakes ordinarily unyielding to regular force. It may also be used in battle, sending out devastating shockwaves. When used in conjunction with Ice Arrows, it may be used to defeat the enemy outright by smashing their frozen bodies. THIS. IS. THE SSSKUUUULLLLLLL HAMMMERRRRRRRRRR!!! Which of these heavy hammers will win? And for that matter, how will they even fight if there's no one to hold them? I guess we'll see in the ring! Week 140: Ilia vs. Marin[]
"'Marin!'" 7.5 < 15.5 |

LLLLLLLLLLLLLADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! I welcome you to the 140th fight in the TEMPLE. OF. COUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRAAAAGE!!! This week's contestants are two feminine friends of our protagonist. Let's meet them now. In the green corner is our hero's childhood friend who hails from Ordon Village. When the hero hurts his horse, Epona, while jumping fences, she takes her to the healing Ordon Spring, but is taken away by evil forces. After her rescue, she is revealed to suffer from amnesia, and our hero attempts to retrace her journey to restore her lost memories. When he successfully does so, she gives the hero the Horse Call, which allows the hero to call upon his mount from most locations. THIS. IS. IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILIAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! In the azure corner is another fine lady, residing on Koholint Island. When our hero is shipwrecked, she saves him and brings him to her home, where he mistakes her for Princess Zelda upon waking up. Subsequently, the hero encounters her many times throughout his quest, and learns from her the "Ballad of the Wind Fish", which is an important key to his escape from the island. At one point, she directly accompanies the hero in order to awaken a sleeping Walrus that blocks his path. During the very end, her greatest wish may be fulfilled depending on the actions of you, the player. THIS. IS. MARIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!!! Who will win this battle (presumably over our hero)? I can't be sure, so LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLET'S GET RRRRRRRRRRRRREADYYYYYYYYY TO RRRRRRRRRRRRUMMMMMMBLE!!!

Peanut Gallery[]girl fight! Catfight, indeed. I forgot to put this in my vote (anonymous vote #2 on Ilia's side), but Marin is also insane. Why would ANYbody want to turn into a seagull? An eagle or a falcon would be a much better choice for if you want to be a bird. 24.192.156.170, if you're going to edit the peanut gallery, please double space between comments. Otherwise, it looks like one comment. Anyway, I'd like you to elaborate on your unfounded hatred of Link's Awakening and Marin. Had you actually paid attention to the game, as well as the behavior of birds, you would notice that Marin doesn't just want to fly, she wants to be able to leave the island and travel across the sea. You know, where you see gulls? I don't think it's all that common to see an eagle or a falcon flying out to sea. I'm sorry if I sound like a prick, but I just can't stand to see someone spew hatred at something I love without even giving reasons. Sir Real (talk) I see your point, Sir Real. I still don't like Marin or Link's Awakening, because I get annoyed when someone greets me with "THIEF!" when she's supposedly my friend. Also, Marin reminds me to much of annoying, seagull-fetish little sister Aryll from WW, and she just annoys the hell out of me. LINk11 |
